    Two-Part Vacuum Split Molds
    • Adjustable Soil Sample Trimmers are also known as soil lathes and allow rotation of a cylindrical sample while a wire saw is used to reduce diameter.
    • Open End Wire Saw has a fine wire blade used to pare delicate soil samples with little disturbance to the specimen.
    • Two-Part Miter Boxes hold soil specimens in place while the ends are trimmed to be exactly perpendicular to the sides.
    • Two-Part Compaction Mold Assemblies remold cohesive soil specimens for triaxial or permeability testing.
    • Two-Part Vacuum Split Molds are used to mold non-cohesive samples for triaxial and permeability tests.
